Sean's first swim (and other notable "firsts")

This will be a short but hopefully sweet post to note a few firsts for our boy in the past few days. Sean had a lot of firsts to note:
- his first time meeting our friend Sabina and her great daughter Ayla (almost 3) during an outing to the National Zoo.
- his first Capitol Hill press conference to support breastfeeding legislation (Sean and I are right behind Rep. Maloney and Senator Merkley in this picture-- look for the chubby, breastfed legs!).
- his first road trip-- a 3.5 hour trip each way-- to the infamous Lodge in Stahlstown PA, site of many fun adventures with Sagehen types.
- his first time meeting Annie O!
- his first swim.

I'm gearing up for my big work conference this weekend so no more time to post this week. Love to all!
